Key Responsibilities :

  • Be the main contact and HR advisor for internal customers in employees development, organizational changes, ad-hoc issues
  • Be responsible for recruitment and hiring to ensure timely, optimal & quality hiring according to the company’s values and culture;
  • Support on-boarding of newcomers and newly appointed employees
  • Promote and represent the company image and culture;
  • Work closely with internal customers to develop recruiting plans and processes, implement innovative methods of hiring and assessment
  • Advising internal customers on all aspects of the process and talent market intelligence;
  • Consolidate candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process
  • Build candidate internal database
  • Collecting market data via interview process
  • Exit interviews and analytics
Requirements:
  • HR specialist or HR Generalist 3+ year, Recruiter background is a must;
  • Strong communication skills, with spoken and written English
  • Understanding and experience with non-mass recruitment;
  • Passion to learn and drive to succeed;
  • A proactive approach and self-reliant personality;
  • University degree

  • Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
