Who are we looking for?

More than 2 years of previous experience in Engineer role;
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Energy Engineering
Proficient knowledge of English language, in addition to local language
Energetic, open-minded person, eager to learn new things and to grow within Knauf
Mobile (ready to frequent traveling around EAST region and open to relocation)

How Engineers Development Program works?

2 years (24 months) program is specifically designed to develop you further in Engineering field by providing additional theoretical knowledge (Project management, Sustainability, LEAN, Data analytics, Design thinking) and practical expertise obtaining by going through 3 rotations to different Knauf plants within EAST region and by executing business projects in Engineering area.
