Mars Leadership Experience Program (MLEP) is our global graduate program, designed to help fresh graduates to achieve their career ambitions and get leadership roles in international company. What to expect?

Every role will be challenging, designed to increase your knowledge and expertise whilst developing your leadership skills across our business. What are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who can build great leadership skills as well as develop their functional capability. Eager to learn, flexible and has passion to explore new challenges even in functions outside their line of study;
Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree (Marketing, Finance, Management, Economics);
Students who are interested in making their careers in Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR with cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge;
Career ambitions and willingness to work in different functions.
