We’re Hiring: Marketing & Sales Manager (Client-Facing Role)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of lead interaction across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with leads generated via social media, email, and other online channels.
• Follow up manually with prospects after CEO and GM meetings.
• Jump on discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Present the company and its services in a clear and persuasive way.
• Offer solutions directly over the phone for standard services and close deals on the spot when possible.
• Maintain ongoing communication to guide the client through the onboarding process.

Requirements:
• Strong sales and telemarketing skills — previous experience in selling services over the phone or online is a must.
• Solid understanding of web marketing and online client engagement.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Russian and/or Chinese language skills are highly valued.
• Professional, reliable, and confident in client-facing communication.
