Project Manager for Project in UAE (distant)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution: from initiation and planning to implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across tech, operations, logistics, marketing, and customer service.
• Track project milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, status updates, and executive reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce project disruption.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
• Align project objectives with broader company goals and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or fast-scaling startups.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic or Russian is a plus.
