We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will handle high-volume hiring, mainly for support positions, as well as recruit for both IT and non-IT roles. What You Will Do:

Handle mass recruitment for support roles and other positions
Search for candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
Conduct initial screenings and interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
Assist with employer branding and job postings

What We Expect:

Fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience in mass recruitment, especially for support roles
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a high-volume hiring environment
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Knowledge of other languages like Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, or other South Asian languages will be a plus
