Exam Invigilator (Part-Time)

Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening including reference checks with previous employers and police checks. Online searches will be done as part of due diligence checks for shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure order and compliance with exam regulations during exam sessions

• Monitor candidates throughout the exam to prevent cheating or misconduct

• Assist with setting up the exam room (distributing papers, organizing seating, etc.)

• Provide clear instructions and information to candidates before the exam starts

• Report any irregularities or incidents to the exam coordinator promptly

Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

• Impartial and discreet conduct at all times

• Prior experience in exam supervision is a plus but not required

Conditions:

• Flexible schedule depending on exam dates

• Up to 4 hours per shift

• Suitable for combining with studies or other part-time work

• Payment upon completion of services according to the agreement
