We Offer

Fully remote work with 5-day workweek (9:00-18:00 UAE time, weekends/holidays per UAE calendar)
Salary: $800/month (contract-based, paid in USD)
Service agreement with UAE-registered company

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for HR and business processes, including onboarding/offboarding, contract preparation and documentation across multiple jurisdictions
Manage HR and administrative tasks in Bitrix24 (our internal system)
Assist with projects in internal communications, training & development, and corporate events
Support the HR Director in implementing policies and procedures
Handle various business support tasks as needed

Requirements

Fluent English (C1+) - both written and spoken (mandatory)
Systems thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in B2B sector
Computer literacy - experience with CRM systems, Google Docs, MS Office
Prior experience as business assistant, office manager or similar role preferred
