Chief Sales officer (CSO)

The company is known as distributor of diagnostic medical equipment and service team of medical equipment of different brands. New calls of market creates the new goals for our team, so we need a lead sales manager who will drive our sale sthrough the important tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales and developing sales strategy for increasing our market share
  • Sales efficiency analysis and implementing improvements
  • Managing subdillers and control of their activities
  • Control and optimization of CRM system
  • Implementing of KPI and control of KPI execution
  • Developing and executing sales strategies for expending presence in Russia
  • Control under sales budget

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position for more than 5 years
  • Deep understanding of the medical equipment market
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Experience in managing a team and sub-dealers
  • Skills in working with CRM and analytical tools
  • Ability to work in a highly competitive environment and quickly adapt to changes
