Are you passionate about fostering growth and development in others? KPMG is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Senior Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.
As an L&D Senior Specialist, you will:
Develop and assess employees by organizing evaluations, setting KPIs, analyzing results, and creating growth plans.
Manage training programs by planning sessions, selecting trainers, overseeing learning platforms, and ensuring technical support.
Analyze data and report on training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements.
Enhance corporate culture through competency models, mentorship programs, and global development initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to align training with strategic goals and coordinate initiatives across regions.
