Logistics Safety Manager (Logistics | Head of Safety Department)

A fast-growing logistics company operating in the U.S. market, is looking for a Head of the Safety & DOT Compliance Department.
If you have strong experience in Safety Department, DOT regulations, and ELD systems — this is your chance to lead a team, take ownership of processes, and grow into a senior leadership role.

Important: This is not a security or physical safety position. We are hiring an experienced Safety & Compliance Leader with a background in U.S. logistics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Safety Department and ensure full compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations;
• Organize drug & alcohol testing programs (scheduling, location coordination, driver communication);
• Oversee truck files, permits, annual inspections, IFTA, NY OSCAR, and other registrations;
• Monitor regulation updates (Telegram/email), maintain accurate reporting systems;
• Propose and implement process improvements, take full ownership of safety operations.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in a Safety or Compliance Department (U.S. logistics);
• Proven leadership or team coordination experience is a strong plus;
• Deep understanding of DOT regulations, ELD systems, and compliance documentation;
• Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek — fluent communication;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident with digital tools and reporting systems.
