We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team and take responsibility for key areas such as management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration

• 3+ years of experience in a finance role at an international company or corporate group (experience in Big Four and in the IT industry is a strong plus)

• Knowledge of IFRS and budgeting principles

• Strong understanding of financial and management reporting: BS, P&L, Cash Flow

• Ability to develop and manage project budgets (including international accounting and multicurrency)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, including:

• array formulas

• Power Query

• building system-based analytical solutions

• Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor period closings (monthly, quarterly, annually)

• Prepare Cash Flow reports in line with internal guidelines

• Coordinate and consolidate annual and monthly budgets

• Perform financial analysis, monitor budgets and their execution

• Prepare ad-hoc reports for the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors

• Manage financial flows, maintain a payment calendar, ensure payment discipline

• Prepare regular management reports (monthly operating results, annual reports, plan/fact analysis)

• Conduct financial modeling and other economic calculations
