Salary:

Working location: Moscow

Duties：

1. Responsible for independently contacting and developing potential end user in Russia.

2. Negotiate and carry out foreign trade business, sign orders, and follow up on payment for goods.

3. Responsible for collecting and analyzing information related to customer products and competitors, and able to develop corresponding sales plans based on customer needs.

4. Responsible for handling various inquiries and providing quotes to customers based on their characteristics, as well as follow-up tracking.

5. Collect market dynamics and competitive product information, and promptly report to superiors.

6. Other tasks assigned by company leader.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Russian, with over 3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry

2. Independently developing clients, visiting clients, attending exhibitions, etc.

4. Good management, communication, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

5. Quick logical thinking, proactive and outgoing personality.

6. Honesty, pragmatism, teamwork awareness, and good psychological qualities.

7. Language: English & Russian

Performance Appraisal Procedure and Assessment method:

1. Basic position month Salary: 1000$-3000$ (negotiable)

2. Extra commission 1% of total selling value

3. Position salary ratio 70% + Performance Salary ratio 30% ( selling contract amount request at least: 500000$/month)

Working Time: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM at Russia Time, variable with china time.

Holiday: with Russia official time
