About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Connectra BPO, you will be the first point of contact for customers of international brands. You will handle inbound (and occasionally outbound) interactions across voice, email, or chat channels. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience in accordance with client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in your supported language(s)
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and procedures
Resolve issues efficiently, professionally, and with empathy
Escalate complex cases following standard operating procedures
Update CRM systems with relevant customer interaction details
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR
Adhere to internal policies, quality standards, and data protection requirements
Collaborate with team leads and participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and at least one European language
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
Active listening and empathy for customer concerns
Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts calmly
Multitasking and time-management in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and contact center software
Flexibility to adapt to new tools, processes, and communication styles
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong advantage
Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
