The role :
- Being responsible for the HR function (sales offices + production / total of less than 100ppl)
- Review and optimise the HR organisation / processes
- Leading in timely manner the HR daily admin tasks
- Working closely with accounting team for budget and payrolling topics
- Selecting and managing external HR providers
- Proposing some strategies for C&B and employees evaluations
- Working closely to the business and the employees to understand how to support them from an HR perspective
- Managing employee development plans and performance management
- Integrating new staff
- Introducing and impletening some HR trends and best practices.
Direct report to General Manager
The Candidate:
- Higher education
- 3+ years exeprience in a HR leadership role inside a similar size company
- Efficient HR administration and organisation skills
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Very active, dynamic, and hands-on profile
- Business oriented and capacity to prioritise tasks
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
