Hello, dear candidate, thank you for your interest in this position!Our company is a major Chinese developer and manufacturer of consumer electronics and related software, as well as home appliances and household items. You are familiar with our products.Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are looking for a GTM Manager...... perhaps just you.What you will do:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform the go-to-market strategy. Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy that outlines how the company will position its products, reach its target audience, and achieve its revenue goals;
  • Product Launch: Coordinate and manage the launch of new products or services. This includes setting launch dates, creating marketing materials, and ensuring all internal teams are prepared for the launch;
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the GTM strategy. Regularly analyze data and adjust the strategy as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for the GTM activities, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments within the organization, including product development, marketing, sales, customer support, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the GTM strategy;
  • QualificationsIndustry Knowledge: Should have a deep understanding of the industry in which your company operates, including market trends, competitors, and customer behavior;

Job requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Should have a deep understanding of the industry in which your company operates, including market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Good analytical skills, ability to generalize and systematize large amounts of information;
  • Strong user of MS Office, advanced user of Excel;
  • Ability to structure information and correctly present results;
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, independence, responsibility
  • English or Chinese language at working professional level (Chinese language is an advantage not necessary);
  • Interested and global vision in mobile industry;
  • orientation towards the achievement of targets;
