HAVAL - an automotive brand of Great Wall Motor, created in 2013. The HAVAL brand presents on the Russian market a number of modern technological crossovers and SUVs HAVAL, as well as Great Wall pickups. The company's long-term strategy is aimed at achieving an ambitious goal: to ensure the status of an SUV leader in Russia.

Haval Motor Rus LLC – the exclusive distributor of HAVAL cars and spare parts in the Russia. The company has been operating since February 2014, the first official HAVAL dealership opened in Moscow in June 2015. At the moment, there are more than 110 dealerships in Russia.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor digital products channels (App, Web) performance;
  • Build and arrange the system of data governance for effective control product growth;
  • Form hypotheses on growth points together with the digital product team, finding weaknesses and recommendations for improving efficiency;
  • Analytical design and support of the conducting A/B test (digital products), analyze of the results;
  • UX/UI analytics;
  • LTV analysis at different stages, working with data of the Retention;
  • Support of automation of reporting, creation of dashboards (Tableau, Google Data Studio);
  • Sort out and plan the master data management system, improve master data management standards;
  • Responsible for the promotion and improvement of master data management optimization;
  • Cross-functional communication with Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance and others depts.

Recurements:
  • +2 year of experience with data analysis and analytical reports;
  • Ability to provide analytical reports;
  • Knowledge and experience with any analytical tracker for App and Web (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Yandex Metrica, Firebase, etc.);
  • Understanding the main indicators of product and analytical metrics (LTV, Retention, ARPU, CAC, CR, RR, etc.)
  • Experience in developing reporting in BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Forward thinking and taking the initiative to anticipate the needs of products and business;
  • Written and spoken English - Upper intermediate level or higher.
