We are an independent software vendor and we have a vacancy for a Technical Support Engineer / Analyst. The successful applicant should have excellent level of IT expertise and strong English proficiency. Self-motivation and great communication skills are the other critical prerequisites for this position. And last but not least, we're searching for a candidate who is passionate to help others.

As a Technical Support Engineer / Analyst you will be dedicated to:

Investigating any technical issues reported by users.
Communicating with the development team about the reported problems and feature requests.
Taking an active part in the requirements specification for the company products.

Essential applicant requirements:

In-depth understanding of modern information technology.
Excellent written English (C1 or higher).
Solid experience in technical support or as a system administrator.
Higher technical education.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly.
