Job responsibilities:
- Analysing market, product, and competitors
- Developing and implementing the project business plan
- Forming and managing local and remote teams
- Managing project P&L
Requirements for successful task execution:
- Management experience in the financial industry (Banks, Insurance, Fintech)
- Successful expertise in product/project development
- Willingness to relocate to East Africa for at least one year
- English language proficiency at or above Upper Intermediate level
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with all involved departments (IT, Collection, Accounting, Lawyers, Verification, Call-center, HR)
- Focus on project outcomes rather than processes
- Independence and initiative in solving project tasks
- Systems thinking and analytical mindset
- Ability to clearly articulate results and ideas
- Understanding of the IT development process
