Country Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Analysing market, product, and competitors
• Developing and implementing the project business plan
• Forming and managing local and remote teams
• Managing project P&L

Requirements for successful task execution:

• Management experience in the financial industry (Banks, Insurance, Fintech)
• Successful expertise in product/project development
• Willingness to relocate to East Africa for at least one year
• English language proficiency at or above Upper Intermediate level
• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with all involved departments (IT, Collection, Accounting, Lawyers, Verification, Call-center, HR)
• Focus on project outcomes rather than processes
• Independence and initiative in solving project tasks
• Systems thinking and analytical mindset
• Ability to clearly articulate results and ideas
• Understanding of the IT development process
