Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Social Presence: Oversee and refine our social media platforms, company website, crafting content that engages our audience and highlights our software offerings.
Copywriting: Generate compelling marketing copy across various channels such as emails, social media, and ads, ensuring it aligns with our brand's tone and goals.
Sales Funnels: Design and refine marketing funnels to effectively turn prospects into customers, with a keen eye on conversion rates and necessary adjustments.
Marketing Campaigns: Initiate and manage marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and attract leads, targeting profiles that match our ideal customers.
Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that educates, engages, and converts our target audience.
SEO Strategy: Implement and oversee SEO tactics to boost our website's search engine ranking and organic reach.
Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and the outcomes of marketing initiatives to guide strategic decisions, focusing on boosting client acquisition and conversion metrics.
Marketing Department Leadership: Act as the foundational leader for our marketing efforts, setting up processes, benchmarks, and preparing the groundwork for a future marketing team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field: Essential for a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
1-2 Years of Experience in the Software Industry: Demonstrates familiarity with the unique aspects of marketing software products and services.
Proven Track Record in Digital Marketing Campaigns: Experience with campaign planning, execution, and analysis, particularly within the software sector.
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with company goals and market needs.
Data Analysis: Skilled in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
Social Media Marketing & Paid Social Advertising: Experience in crafting and managing engaging social media campaigns and paid advertisements on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook.
Email Marketing: Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.
SEO & Paid Search (SEA): Proficiency in optimizing content for search engines and managing paid search advertising to increase traffic and conversions.
Content Writing and Copywriting: Ability to produce compelling and effective marketing copy and content that engages and converts target audiences.
Visual Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of design principles to collaborate effectively with design teams and ensure visually appealing marketing materials.
Marketing Metrics Analysis: Mastery in tracking and interpreting key marketing metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Funnel Optimization: Expertise in refining marketing funnels for enhanced customer conversion and retention.
UX/CX Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with user experience and customer experience best practices to ensure optimal engagement and conversion through marketing efforts.
Generative AI Using (Optional): Experience in utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT for creative and efficient content creation.
CRM and Retention Marketing: Skills in managing customer relationships and developing retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Adaptability and Persistence: The capacity to adapt to industry changes and persist in finding creative solutions to marketing challenges.

Working Conditions:
Independent contractor (1099)
100% remote work
Part-time (up to 20 hours per week) or full-time (up to 40 hours per week)
Compensation based on hourly rate
At least 1 online meeting per week
Compensation and Benefits:
