We are a Korean tobacco company and we are currently in the stage of very intensive growth and business development.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement manager who will take care of all processes related to procurement. You will need upper-intermediate English to communicate with HQ.

! Important: we work from the office only from 8:00 to 17:00 (m. Voykovskaya, BC)

Resposibility:

Procurement process (Development, description and control of this process), Indirect procurement & Direct procurement; Development Policy and updating process; refershing instructions;

Processing procurement requests from company departments;

Conducting a supplier tender: from processing applications from the company's departments for holding a tender and opening a tender, to signing contracts;

Comprehensive analysis of the competitive market, request for commercial proposals; Negotiations with conterparties; Verification of counterparties for compliance;

Participation with the contract signing process; Control for contract terms;

Procurement learning sessions with the employees;

Procurement budgeting control;

Document flow set up routing;

Participation in a Company projects;

Working with 1C/SBIS/Diadok;

Regular meetings with HQ

Other ad-hoc requests from line manager;

Requirements:

Good command of both written and spoken English or Korean and local language.

3+ years of working experience at the same role

Excellent computer proficiency, especially in MS Office; 1C ERP; SBIS, Diadoc; SAP ERP

Multitasking, One team person, Excellent interpersonal, communication,Good listener and hardworking person.
