Role Summary

Junior Project Manager of Installation is responsible for routine daily work and activities of HPM (Healthcare Project Manager) department including office work, working with documents, bills, reports from vendors and agencies, participate in HPM activities, analyze and consolidate data with MS Excel or various other analysis tools.

Junior HPM is responsible for own assigned projects and supporting Project Managers of Installation from M0 to M7 project’s stages including site preparation and installation project executions achieving customer satisfaction through installation quality. The specialist responsibilities will include sites assessment, risk management, stakeholders’ communications and coordination during the assigned projects, preparation of project documentation, implementation of reporting mechanisms and tools in accordance with contractual requirements and local regulations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Junior HPM is charged with the following employment duties:

Support Project Managers of Installations at all stages of projects.
Management of the appointed projects’ implementation process: counseling customers and partners from the moment they applied for issues of preparation of facilities for installation, order and terms of project implementation, preparation and providing of technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of GE Healthcare for preparing facilities for installation;
Organization and coordination of the project implementation plan with the key project participants on the basis of the primary project documentation (state contract, contract with a partner, end user, etc.); planning and monitoring of compliance with the main dates of the project implementation, including the preparation of official communication and response to requests;
Reporting and providing relevant information to the SFDC information system daily, preparing the necessary reports and uploading the necessary documents to the project library;
Inspection of the facilities for the readiness to the installation of equipment. Consulting the Customer in the process of preparing the facility, including based on technical documentation provided by the Customer;
Participation in mandatory meetings and operating mechanisms, collection, analysis and provision of necessary information on time;
Assessment of project implementation risks and necessary actions taken to reduce the impact of risks on project execution.
Preparing technical documentation (Installation and Warranty certificates, checklists etc), support preparation of official letters, paperwork;
Preparation and keeping updated HPM materials; Tracking documents: both technical and administrative
Coordinating HPM events (kick-off meetings, internal and external conference);
Communicate HPM information effectively from the field including distributer's and end-user's data.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors\ master's engineering degree (2022-2024 graduation years)
Technical background: knowledge in electricity/mechanics/physics/civil works/ engineering/ medical equipment;
AutoCAD or similar software skills;
Driving License is nice-to-have
Good command in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate and above) and fluent Russian;
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Leadership skills;
Commitment to quality;
