Job Location: This position is office-based in Novi Sad, Serbia.

We're creating ShаpеsХR, a product for VR, AR, and XR, often referred to as the Metaverse. ShаpеsХR is a collaborative tool for design, prototyping, and joint discussion of products in an immersive space. We're often called the "Figma for 3D".

We are now set to develop increasingly complex functionality both in the user part (development and addition of creation and prototyping tools, optimization for mobile VR, group user interaction in unified spaces, real-time synchronization), and enhance the product's security for corporate use, implement access rights management, develop collaborative/network features, work with AWS (many tasks!), scale the solution, achieve fault tolerance, etc. The tasks are numerous, diverse, and interesting! Including a significant part of searching for new approaches and experiments!

Job Description

Keywords: We are currently expanding our development team and are looking for individuals skilled in Unity3D / Unity / C# / developer / senior developer / lead programmer / game developer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software products using Unity / C#;
• Actively participate in product development (not just coding by specification, but joining discussions, inventing, designing solutions, and influencing functionality and product development);
• Write clean and understandable code within set deadlines;
• Maintain documentation in English.

Requirements:

• Professional knowledge of Unity (game or non-game industry);
• At least 4 years of confirmed experience in team-based C# / Unity projects (not freelance);
• Ability to solve complex problems;
• High autonomy, responsibility, and a desire to learn and grow;
• Experience in developing network code for real-time multiplayer applications is a significant plus.
