Our partner who is creating a decentralization platform for anyone, from startup to enterprise, to build, run, grow a company and advancing blockchain technology to accelerate the world’s transition to an open, fair, and decentralized economy is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager.

Job Description:

Conduct market research and industry trend analysis, identify new opportunities and new products in the blockchain field.
Define product vision and roadmap, in alignment with the overall company strategy and market demands.
Collaborate with different functional teams (development, design, operations) to ensure the realization of product functionalities and features.
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
Ensure product quality and performance through rigorous testing and validation.
Design and optimize user interfaces and experiences to ensure seamless interaction with blockchain technology.
Track user engagement and feedback, continually improve the product and iterate based on analytical data.
Effectively communicate product vision, requirements, and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
Represent the product line in internal and external meetings and events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency products. Candidates with user research and user experience design experience in DeFi applications, or with successful experience in launching and managing DeFi applications will be given priority.
Deep understanding of blockchain/DeFi technology and its applications in various industries
Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred to be good at communicating in Chinese.
Passionate about blockchain and DeFi. Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate with team members.
