Responsibilities:
Engage in effective technical communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert technical advice.
Conduct product demonstrations, train clients, address technical inquiries, and ensure a clear understanding and application of intelligent card products.
Assist the sales team in formulating technical sales strategies, providing customized technical solutions for clients.
Write technical proposals and documentation, offering detailed product specifications and application case studies.
Provide timely feedback on customer needs and market information, offering suggestions for product improvements.
Participate in marketing events and exhibitions, deliver technical presentations, and enhance the company's visibility in the intelligent card field.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of technical support experience in smart cards, payment devices or related fields, with program development experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey information to both technical and non-technical staff.
Team player, able to work with sales, R&D and other departments.
Good problem solving skills and customer service awareness, able to coordinate internal resources to achieve customer goals.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
