This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights, work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend category and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes. You will cover Facility management (FM) spend category—including sourcing execution, value management and optimization, suppliers’ relationship management and stakeholder management, BU/area/market responsibilities—to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing, lead certain regional/global workstream and driving value for the organization.

How you will contribute:

  • Develop a strategy within the selected category, in close cooperation with regional/global counterparts of the Company's procurement structures, as part of the construction and implementation of the procurement strategy;
  • Data management, analytics, dashboards to drive Budget optimization investment
  • BU/area/market project management from end-to-end and coordination
  • Project management as contribution and manage the implementation in BU/area/market responsibilities.
  • Support strategic development and planning within the selected category;
  • Responsible for strategic communication and coordination of any issues, processes, projects, etc. within his category with cross-functional teams;
  • Monitor compliance with contracts with internal customers and identify and take appropriate corrective action to improve contract compliance, as part of interaction with internal customers;
  • Offers search solutions that simplify and streamline Source to pay processes in line with the overall search strategy;
  • Maintain relationships with internal clients that are associated with certain budgets;
  • Responsible for feedback from internal customers and supplier performance;
  • Participate in tests within their category;
  • Implement and shares best practices;
  • Provide market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities;
  • Work closely with procurement professionals to develop a “one team” approach;
  • Lead search teams/analysts/other entities in various strategic search activities, with a focus on performance, adherence to organizational values ​​and general management practices;
  • Control the process of selecting suppliers on a competitive basis in strict accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company's purchasing department, as part of building relationships with suppliers;
  • Monitor the performance of contracts and enforces the contract in accordance with Company policies;
  • Responsible for the negotiation strategy with the supplier;
  • Responsible for contract fulfillment/performance improvement, productivity improvement and achievement of targets;
  • Work closely with procurement professionals to sign new contracts and add value to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Responsible for the classification and categorization of suppliers, including the definition of policies for the evaluation and audit of suppliers, in accordance with the defined procurement strategy;
  • Conduct activities to develop relationships with suppliers, organizes cross-functional review meetings with suppliers in order to increase productivity and further reduce costs.

Main requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of English - fluency;
  • Experience in large companies as a purchasing manager in the indirect category in the Facility management (FM) category - from 5 years;
  • Experience in MRO and CAPEX services
  • Ability to simultaneously and clearly organize several tasks, controlling the timing and quality of implementation;
  • Effective presentation skills, be able to independently prepare presentations for the Company's management and present them;
  • Leadership qualities, ability to lead and facilitate meetings with a large group of 10 or more people;
  • Ability to work with large data arrays, analytical skills;
  • An independent decision-making skill;
  • Ability to use a computer (be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and Power Point) and other office equipment, also work in SAP program;
  • Accuracy, responsibility, attention to details, communication skills, stress resistance, proactive approach to tasks.
