HRBP or Senior HRBP
Reports to: Global Director of Human Resources for the region
Job responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of human resource strategies and policies of the Group, have an in-depth understanding of regional operations and formulate regional human resource policies, systems, and processes to support the region in achieving business objectives;
- Responsible for setting up the regional organizational structure, clarifying the department's job responsibilities and post responsibilities, controlling staffing and labor costs, and conducting human effectiveness analysis;
- Responsible for analyzing and sorting out regional employment needs, coordinating with business development, formulating and completing recruitment plans;
- Promoted the effective implementation of the performance appraisal plan according to the regional tasks and objectives, including the formulation and decomposition of the department's performance indicators, the achievement of the appraisal performance, and the formulation of incentive plans, and constantly improved the regional performance management system according to the business development;
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of regional salary plans, and constantly improving the salary system according to the industry and regional development;
- Analyzed and collected regional training needs, developed internal and external training resources, formulated training plans, and organized their implementation;
- Responsible for regional team building, cultural construction, employee relations, and other work;
- Responsible for regional administrative work, including but not limited to office environment management, consumables use, vehicle control, etc.;
- Responsible for other work assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, business administration, or related;
- 7+ years of related HR work experience; work experience at big import and export health companies is preferred;
- Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode, especially BP mode, and require practical experience in recruitment and performance modules;
- Have overall awareness, overall planning, and strong organizational ability; strong initiative, ability to work under pressure, learning ability, ability to work independently and solve complex problems; Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Fluent in English and Chinese is required; conversational in Russian is preferred.
