Admin Head

Main requirements:
- 20 + years of experience
- Demonstrable track record of leadership and experience in managing administrative
functions in large-scale construction projects for globally recognized companies is a must.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and best practices
- Familiarity with labour laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling Industrial relations management, Mob management and handling aggressive situations at project sites.
- Must have handled workmen from multiple nationalities and thorough about the entry, Exit & VISA processes.
