What do we want to know about you?

We're looking for candidates with:

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in manufacturing
proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Certification in TA ILT (level 1) within 18 months
Knowledge of ISO/AAR and ENR local regulatory standards, quality procedures, and audit techniques

Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll dive into:

utilizing Business Process Management Systems
implementing overall process mapping for quality improvement
standardizing processes, tools, and performance management systems

Your day involves:

resolving problems with acquired expertise
communicating with the direct team, supervisor, and customers
and presenting to internal teams on metrics and project status.

You'll be at the forefront:

ensuring the plant's production processes align with relevant specifications
identifying process risks
executing process audits
leading responsiveness on customer quality issues.
